  • How do I calculate the price of the product?

    If you have any interest in any of our products, the price in the Online Shop to calculate. First, select the desired product, if necessary, you can individualize the product. Next, select the desired properties (on the right side of the product) and add the finished product to the shopping cart. In the cart the price is net of volume discounts is displayed. Request a quote you can send also gladly to info@aufkleberdruckerei.ch .

  • Order by E-Mail

    You can also order by Mail (info@aufkleberdruckerei.ch). Please let us know the exact item name, properties, quantity and mass, as well as the delivery address (invoice address for business customers only). Very important: the vector file do not forget!

  • What is a vector file?

    A vector file can arbitrarily enlarge or reduce the size without quality lost. The vector file should be converted to paths. Thus, the cutting plotter can read the writing. This file you can create in drawing or image editing programs.

  • No vector file, what now?

    You can also send us a high resolution file. Only, we cannot guarantee the same quality of writing or the image. Our professionals will clarify it for you. If you want to give incorrect data (e.g. low resolution) for the pressure, it is sufficient if you send us an E-Mail to info@aufkleberdruckerei.ch with your order number in the subject and a written release. By telephone shares may not be accepted.

  • How is my order status?

    If you are logged in, you can see under "your account" in the "My orders" the status of your order.

  • Complaint

    We hope that you are with us, and our Service is always 100% satisfied. However, should you receive a defective product, we ask to the following procedure: Send us an E-Mail with the description of the fault and your order number to info@aufkleberdruckrei.ch Especially important are photos: take a photo of the entire product, as well as a Close-up of the error please. Ideally, a size comparison would be like a coin next to the error or to color balance a white area in the image (e.g. a white sheet of paper). We will process your claim after an internal review in the shortest possible time.

  • Pattern material

    You can request by e-Mail to info@aufkleberdruckerei.ch pattern prints for stickers. This we send it to you free of charge by Post. Attention: We will supply sample prints first from an interest for an order quantity of 100 pieces.

  • How long will my print data be repealed?

    We usually retain customer data for 3-4 months, after which they are deleted. Complex print files in the larger framework tend to be stored. If you want us to save the data, please let us know. We would be happy to delete your print data to a request before the expiry of that period.

  • Order clarity

    Your order will be produced as soon as order is clear. This means that the pressure data is in order and approved and the payment (payment in advance, except for business customers) is clarified. Should there be a delay due to incorrect data, missing data, or payment, may postpone the shipping date. If you need your products by a certain date, you may specify in the order a date with, so that we can reserve your desired delivery date in the eye and, if necessary, prefer to.
